Amazing, that is extremely helpful information, thankyou.
This seems odd but I guess some of us need a quick fix from time to time.
Hello from TN! My name is Adrian, and I’m not new to the coffee world but however I am new to the art of making a good cup of joe. Now don’t get me wrong, I happen to somewhat know a good brew from a bad one, but I love my coffee. I used to work at Waffle House. A mostly southern chain of restaurants that has a fairly good brand of coffee that I drank almost every shift. But with my job switch as of late, I find myself using my old.. Beat up walmart espresso maker that really doesn’t do me or anyone else for that matter any justice. For some this might be light v.s day. For me, its nothing short of… Coffee.
What you do is great – but more frequent updates, please?
I’m a very impatient new coffee convert. One of my (many) major short comings right now is my inability to distinguish finer nuances of coffee taste. To me the coffee tastewheel is just a mystery. When my baristi friends talk about pineapples, blueberry and whatnot I sit baffled, desperately sniffing and the best I can come up with is usually “I sense a really strong smell of… coffee?”, or “interesting” – to my credit I have to say that the other day I managed to distinguish the grapefruit bitterness of a Kenya. YES! At least I think so…
I was looking for this the other day. i dont usually post in forums but i wanted to say thank you!
